Polyvore News
Unfortunately you have probably been surprised by the news of such disappointment that Polyvore have decided to give little notice to you or me and many many many others a fair go at this next path, I say path lightly because I find that abit offensively contradicting.
Of the platform you created to give people the space to be themselves to let them express and design the link of the chain they need in order to be supported to be that diamond that shines on the necklace that makes us complete. The judgemental decision you have made is a mistake that won't be taken light hearted.
People have created a path their own path in their journey. That I find offensively contradicting hat you have ended that very thing and therefore a reason to support the description of the new path for polyvore to be contracted and taken back.
I am incredibly hurt and to the people who have made a name for themselves. Who have invested in the polyvore app and the polyvore community. A thing I found with writing that was the reason to have a community that support us and what we are about. What made the app so successful and unique and ORIGINAL. What I find more insulting is the insufficient amount of contact regarding the situation it looks like they have already parted ways long before we knew anything related. Which is discussed as one of the biggest no no's you think you would avoid this running a blog or an app or a giveaway? Unless you have something bigger on your mind.
In this case it's money. The money that made your app the people who created and made your app successful, you couldn't understand that In order to have a community you need contact and communication. A post regarding your polyvore status update is a pure ridiculous pr punchline. One we didn't understand because we weren't part of the situation we were the joke it just hasn't hit us yet which is crazy to say considering the amount of words I have written in amount of 20 minutes...or more.
If I was unsatisfied with the policies that weren't followed (which I am) I would build my own app an even better one.
On behalf of the polyvore community the company that has been apart of our lives for 11 yrs or less has decided to sell out. Yes exactly that. I'm annoyed I'm shocked and speechless. Thanks a lot polyvore team, thanks a lot.
Regards,
Meagan Pearson
